Shipping Policy

We ship super fast using a network of over 80 distribution centers spread across the continental United States. Most customers receive their orders within 1–3 business days. Please review our shipping policy below for full details on rates, delivery times, and restrictions.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to the following:

  • Hawaii and Alaska
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses
  • International addresses
  • UPS/FedEx store locations, USPS facilities, or mail holding facilities
  • Freight forwarding companies

Orders placed with a restricted shipping address will be canceled and refunded in full.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Shipping rates are determined by your order subtotal as follows:

Freight items — including furniture, oversized products, hazardous materials, and orders with a combined weight exceeding 600 lbs — ship via common carrier and follow the same free shipping threshold as standard orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed promptly. Once you complete checkout, our distribution center is immediately notified to pick and prepare your order for shipment. For this reason, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been submitted.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. For the most accurate estimated delivery date, please refer to your shipping confirmation email.

Please note that transit times do not include weekends. Deliveries occur on business days only (Monday through Friday).

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days of being placed. Estimated delivery dates are calculated based on several factors, including:

  • Product availability at our distribution centers
  • Time of day the order is placed
  • Delivery location and distance from the nearest distribution center
  • Whether the item requires freight shipping

Delivery may take longer than estimated for high-quantity orders, items not available at the nearest distribution center, or shipments to remote locations. GetMoreSupplies.com cannot guarantee any specific delivery date.

Delays may also occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Freight Shipments

Certain products — including large furniture, oversized items, hazardous materials, and orders with a combined weight over 600 lbs — must ship via common carrier (freight). Freight shipments are delivered from our distribution center to your dock or curbside in 5–10 business days. No additional freight fee is charged.

Important information regarding freight deliveries:

  • A signature is required for all freight (truck) deliveries
  • Someone must be available during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) to sign for the delivery
  • Freight deliveries are curbside only and do not include inside delivery or room placement

Important — Inspect Before SigningPlease inspect your freight shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the receipt and contact us immediately if damage is found.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Due to our commitment to fast order processing, orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been submitted through checkout. Our distribution centers begin fulfilling orders immediately upon receipt.

If you no longer need an item after your order has been placed, you may return it once received in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us right away so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

When reporting a damaged shipment, please:

  • Retain all original packaging and shipping materials — do not discard them
  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product before unpacking further
  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible depending on the circumstances.

Packaging & Return Eligibility

Do Not Discard Your PackagingItems not in their original packaging are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement. Please retain all shipping materials until you are fully satisfied with your order.

Original packaging must be kept intact in order to process any return or exchange. This applies to all product categories, including furniture, technology products, and office supplies.
